Operation Managers

  • Possess at least 2 years management experience in beauty, retail, and/or restaurant industries. (Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational

    skills

    Ability to successfully hire, train and develop a winning team

  • Strong understanding of how finance relates to business

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work retail hours (i.e. days, nights, weekends, holidays, special events as needed)

The Operations Manager (OM) leads salon/spa staff by example towards maximizing sales, productivity and profit goals, while promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services in a harmonious work environment with a wide variety of personality types.

The OM oversees and contributes to the day-to-day operations of the front desk and salon. The OM works closely with and reports directly to the Regional Manager, performing all duties as deemed necessary in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Regional Manager and the Company.

Our Management Team is rewarded a favorable compensation package commensurate with experience, including unheard of Retail Incentives, Salon Sales Bonuses, Free Hair Services and other perks.

Salon Coordinators

  • Retail and customer service experience required

    Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required

  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service and people skills

    Possess a yes-can-do, team friendly attitude and takes direction well

  • Love, love, love the beauty industry & project a professional and fashion-forward image

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

The Salon Coordinator assists management run the day-to-day business of the salon/spa, specifically, but not limited to, guest scheduling appointments, guests checking in/out for services and/or retail sales. Salon Coordinator acts as a liaison between the guest and the hair stylist /technician, contributing and promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services in a harmonious and tidy work environment with a wide variety of personality types. Salon Coordinator performs the daily salon/spa operations in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Operations Manager, Regional Manager, and the Company.
